If you are staying with us, you can arrive from 2pm on Friday, but we would advise coming a bit later on to avoid the early queues to get in. Please do not arrive before 2pm as you will have to wait in a queue and risk blocking up the road during setup. For the Inner Field, please arrive before 10pm on the Friday. After 10pm, you can arrive with pre-purchased tickets at anytime, but only via Morrisons / McDonalds Roundabout on the A64 / Dunslow Road junction. https://w3w.co/handicaps.inflamed.dozens If you arrive late at night without a ticket, don't worry, you can buy one instantly online at https://oliversmount.ticketco.events/uk/en If you are arriving on a Saturday or Sunday, our gates open at 8am

The Inner Field area is located on the inside of the circuit so departure is after racing each day. On the Saturday the access across will be open for an hour, after racing from 6pm. On Sunday once it is safe to do so the gates will be opened. Emergency access when required.
If you park your car in the car park field, you can come and go as you please all weekend. Walking access is over the bridge by the Beer Tent.

Yes, a Saturday ticket will allow you access on Friday and a Sunday ticket will allow you entry from 5pm on Saturday
If they are still available, but they often sell out in advance of the meeting so there is no guarantee. Paddock tickets are purchased on top of event tickets.

Yes, have fun but please don’t lose your wristband, and make sure you tell your taxi driver to bring you back in via The A64 Musham Bank Roundabout entrance so he can bring you to the gate.
No, all we ask is that any children under 16 are accompanied by a paying adult for free entry

Yes, if camping for the full weekend each person staying needs a weekend ticket. If staying only staying over on the Saturday night and have a Sunday only ticket. You an arrive from 5pm on the Saturday but can only camp in the Outer Field section.

The campsite opens at 2pm on Friday and closes at 10am on Monday. Please do not arrive before 2pm on Friday as it will not open before then and you will find yourself sat in a queue. Best to arrive around 4pm when the initial queues have died down and you can usually just drive straight in at that time and get set up in time to enjoy the live music starting in the beer tent at around 7pm. Staying in the Inner field, you need to arrive before 10pm on the Friday evening.
We have permanent toilets and showers. We have fresh water standpipes. We have an Elsan unit for chemical toilet disposal in both the Inner and Outer Camping areas. We have portable toilets. We DO NOT have electric hookups as this is not a permanent camp site
Yes, dogs are welcome, but they MUST be kept on a lead and under control AT ALL TIMES. Please ensure you clean up after them too!
The site opens at 2pm on Friday and 8am on Saturday and Sunday. Vehicular access to site closes at 11pm each night, although emergency access will be facilitated at any time if required. The Inner Field area can only leave after the last race on race days. On the Saturday the access across will be open for an hour.
Yes, but we request they are turned off at 11 pm in consideration for other campers. If there is any reason that you require them running throughout the night please let the stewards know upon your arrival.
Fire Safety has become a major concern for our site recently. As a result, Fire Pits and Charcoal BBQ's are not allowed anywhere on site any more. Gas BBQ's may be used as long as they are supervised by an adult at all times and turned off and allowed to cool after use.
When you arrive at the circuit let the stewards know that you would like the spot next to you saved for your friends and they will try and accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, we have 2 standpipes in the motorhome / caravan field and 2 outside taps on the toilet buildings for guests in the tent field
There are toilets, showers, water standpipes, food and drink retailers on site
Yes, we have Elsan units available, but please do not dispose of them in any toilets, portable or fixed.
Yes, this is run by volunteers and all money raised is donated to the North Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Yes, they must always be kept on a lead, even if you feel that your dog is fine off a lead or far enough away from the circuit, they must be kept on their lead, any dog spotted off the lead could result in the racing being red-flagged
Yes, there ars a few areas that have been restricted for safety reasons, these are clearly marked out around circuit.
If you are coming to spectate for the first time, we would advise you have a walk around the circuit and see for yourself

Yes, with bike displays, food vendors and traders, including our own official Oliver's Mount merchandise stall. For all our main events
Yes, there is a wide variety of food vendors in the trade village and throughout the venue, serving favourites such as burgers, kebabs, gyros, pizza, fish & chips, crepes, noodles, ice creams etc. For the Hill Climbs the cafe paddock will be open.
Yes, 2 of them. 1 small walk-up bar in the start line field, which is open while the racing is on and a large marquee in the trade village. The Marquee is open from 10am to 12.30am, with live music in the evenings. Our food vendors stay open late also, so you can enjoy a pint and your favourite food. Not applicable for the Hill Climbs and SuperMoto.
Yes, there will be 2 live bands on both Friday and Saturday night in the drinks marquee. Not applicable for the Hill Climbs and SuperMoto events.
No, the riders chat show will be in the marquee after racing on Saturday at each event and attendance is included in your ticket. Come see the riders talk about their current and past glories! The Rider's chat show is only available on our four main events.

Yes, We have a viewing area at "Esses Out" that is hard standing along with a disabled portable toilet in that location.
Yes, We have a disabled portaloo by Esses Out and near the drinks marquee. We also have disabled toilets in the Quarry Hill, Motorhome field and Paddock permanent toilet buildings.
Yes, If you are a Blue badge holder and are staying over, we will help find a place for you that is most suitbale for your Motorhome, Caravan, Tent or Car. Just show your badge as you come through the gate and let us know how we can park you up to make your visit easier, be that closer to the track or toilets etc.
