On-site Camping & Motorhomes
Many of our guests choose to stay right in the middle of the action on one of our on-site Motorhome, Caravan or Tent pitches.
They’re cheaper than just about anywhere else you will find locally too, with prices from £25 to £60 per pitch for Friday night to Monday monring.
We don’t have electric hook-ups, but we do have toilets and showers, fresh water and an elsan unit on site.
Our campsite is open from 2pm on Friday until 10am on Monday.
Staying in the Inner Field you need to have arrived by 10pm on the Friday and there is restricted access over the weekend.
Staying off site
If staying onsite isn’t for you, then don’t worry as Scarborough has some amazing places to stay.
Please visit Discover Yorkshire for some great ideas on local accommodation options.
FAQs
The campsite opens at 2pm on Friday and closes at 10am on Monday. Please do not arrive before 2pm on Friday as it will not open before then and you will find yourself sat in a queue. Best to arrive around 4pm when the initial queues have died down and you can usually just drive straight in at that time and get set up in time to enjoy the live music starting in the beer tent at around 7pm. Staying in the Inner field, you need to arrive before 10pm on the Friday evening.
We have permanent toilets and showers. We have fresh water standpipes. We have an Elsan unit for chemical toilet disposal in both the Inner and Outer Camping areas. We have portable toilets. We DO NOT have electric hookups as this is not a permanent camp site
Yes, dogs are welcome, but they MUST be kept on a lead and under control AT ALL TIMES. Please ensure you clean up after them too!
The site opens at 2pm on Friday and 8am on Saturday and Sunday. Vehicular access to site closes at 11pm each night, although emergency access will be facilitated at any time if required. The Inner Field area can only leave after the last race on race days. On the Saturday the access across will be open for an hour.
Yes, but we request they are turned off at 11 pm in consideration for other campers. If there is any reason that you require them running throughout the night please let the stewards know upon your arrival.
Fire Safety has become a major concern for our site recently. As a result, Fire Pits and Charcoal BBQ’s are not allowed anywhere on site any more. Gas BBQ’s may be used as long as they are supervised by an adult at all times and turned off and allowed to cool after use.
When you arrive at the circuit let the stewards know that you would like the spot next to you saved for your friends and they will try and accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed.
